SIP INTO SPRING - GIN NIGHT

Following the success of our last Sip Series, we’re excited to bring you another evening of great drinks, delicious food and good company — this time celebrating the wonderful world of gin.

Inspired by our popular wine dinner evenings, Sip into Spring is a relaxed and interactive tasting experience hosted by spirits expert Gwilym (G) Breese. Throughout the evening, Gwilym will guide you through six different gins, exploring the unique character, flavours and stories behind each one.

The evening’s tasting line-up includes Gordon’s, Tanqueray London Dry, Tanqueray No. 10, Aviation American Gin, Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin.

We’ll work our way through the gins one at a time, giving you the opportunity to properly taste and appreciate each one while Gwilym shares his knowledge, stories and insights. Halfway through the tasting, we’ll take a break for you to relax, socialise and enjoy our cocktail-style buffet of delicious nibbles and grazing bites before continuing with the second half of the evening.

Your $80 ticket includes six gin tastings, an arrival snack and a selection of food throughout the evening. Our full bar will also be open, with additional drinks available to purchase at your own expense.
